Additional tools needed:
round nose pliers
chain nose pliers
wire cutter

Directions

You are going to work with a color sequence of bicones in red then white. Take the head pin and string on 3 bicones, pass the head pin through the last link on the 1/2 inch of chain, string on 5 more bicones, string on the bow, then string on the last 3 bicones. Use your round nose pliers to curl up the end of the head pin into a coil. Attach the other end of the chain to the eyeglass holder via a jump ring. Use your fingers to bend into a candy cane shape right past where the chain is attached
