Directions
1. Trace each design twice on coordinating colors: Green for Frankie, Purple for Bat, Orange for pumpkin, Gray for tombstone
2. Cut 2 of each design for front and back of topper
3. Design face of each topper with black pen
4. Place a pop dot in between both toppers
5. Push a toothpick into pop dot and place topper on cupcake.
