Design invitation verbage on computer
program of your choice, making sure to keep the verbage within a 3¾" x
5" area. Print a test page onto white copy paper. Once you are satisfied
with the layout of the verbage, insert vellum paper into printer. Print
onto vellum paper. Trim vellum around verbage to measure 3¾" x 5".
Cut a piece of periwinkle cardstock to
measure 4" x 6". Using border punch, punch twice along one of the 4"
edges. Cut a small piece of double-stick tape and adhere it to the back
of the invitation, very close to the top. Center vellum piece onto
periwinkle cardstock piece and press to secure.
Near the top of the invitation, punch 2
holes approximately ½" apart using flowers hand punch. Cut a piece of
ribbon to measure 5". Thread one end of the ribbon through one flower
punch from back to front, then thread same end back through other hole.
Cross ribbon ends behind invitation and thread ribbon ends back through
flower holes to front. Trim ends of ribbon at an angle. If ribbon lays
crooked, adhere to vellum piece using a very small piece of tape.
