Directions
Using
paper trimmer, cut a piece of red cardstock to measure 8½" x 5½".
Fold in half and score to create a card that measures 4¼" x 5½".
Trim ¼" from bottom of front flap of card. Cut a piece of black
cardstock to measure 1" x 5½". Adhere this piece to backside
of front flap of card, even with back flap of card.
Insert
a piece of white cardstock between stencils on ShapeBoss tray and emboss
heart shape. Remove this piece from between stencils. Tear around heart
shape to create a square. Chalk along torn edges using black chalk.
Punch a hole in each corner using hand punch. Insert eyelet into each
hole. Flip over onto craft mat. Insert eyelet setter into backside of
eyelet. Tap 3 - 4 times onto tool with hammer, or until backside of
eyelet begins to curl over. Remove tool and tap directly onto backside
of eyelet to finish. Repeat for remaining eyelets.
Remove
top stencil from tray and place over embossed heart. Use stencil as
chalking stencil to apply red chalk to embossed heart.
Adhere
all layers to white mulberry paper. Tear around heart layer for a torn
border of approximately ¼".
Cut
a piece of black fibers to measure 24". Wrap around front flap of
card several times. Secure onto front flap of card using glue dots.
Adhere heart layers to center of front flap of card.
