Directions

Cut a piece of textured sage card stock (Paper Accents) to 5 ½”x 8 ½”.  Mark off 2-1/8” side panels and crease with a bone folder.

From black linen card stock (Paper Accents) cut two rectangles 4- 7/8”x 1 ¾” and adhere them to the panels on the sage card using Heiko tape.

Stamp fan design twice on pearlized copper paper (Paper Accents) with black Brilliance ink and emboss with black detail powder (Stampendous).  With Rangers Perfect Medium pen color in fans and dust with assorted Perfect Pearls powders.

Cut down copper paper to 4”x 1 ½” leaving a small margin around the design.  Using Heiko tape stick these copper paper panels to the black rectangles.

Make two tassels by knotting black embroidery floss or thin cording and glue them to the oriental coins (Mountain Idea) using clear cement 527.

With Wonder Tape or a small amount of glue adhere tasseled coins to card.
