4¼” x 5½” folded white blank card

Approximately 15” red Chenille yarn (Lion Brand – wine)

"Happy Valentine’s Day" rubber stamp (Hero Arts)

Brilliance ink pad (rocket red)

2½” square of scrap paper

Monoaqua glue (Tombo)

Repositionable tape (Tombo Mono Adhesive)

Bone folder or dry embossing tool with small ball end

Fun foam sheet or some other soft surface

Pencil

Ruler

Scissors

Directions

Adhere the square of scrap paper to the front of the card using the repositionable tape.

Stamp "Happy Valentine’s Day" all over card front. Let ink dry and remove scrap paper mask.

Place the foam sheet under the front of the card then with the ruler and bone folder impress a square (to frame the white space) using the stamped words as your guide. With the pencil, lightly sketch a heart within the impressed square and apply glue inside the heart shape.

Starting at the outer edge of the heart follow the shape with the yarn moving inward until the whole heart is filled.

Cut off excess yarn.
