Directions
Take the 7 ½” strip of orange cardstock and starting from one end, score at 1 ½”, 3”, 4 ½” and 6”. Fold at each scored line and form a square where the two end sections overlap. Take the ¼” hole punch and punch a hole in the middle of the overlapping sections, punching through both thicknesses. Shift the hole puncher a little and punch again, making the hole a little bigger.
Unfold the strip. Placing the strip vertically, stamp the pumpkin face in the section just below one of the end sections with the holes. Refold the strip so that the pumpkin face is facing you. Slide the lollipop into the square from the side, feeding the stick through the punched holes.
Tie the ribbon around the stick and make a bow. Trim ends of the ribbon.
