Directions
Take the 8 ½” x 12”piece of cardstock. Starting from left to right, score according to the
diagram (Fig. 1):
½”, 1 ½”, 4”, 5”, 7 ½”, 10”, 11”.
Cut and trim the sections as indicated by the thick bold lines in the
diagram (Fig. 2)
Cut out oval in the center of the section by using the Nestabilities Oval die set and the Big Shot machine or the eclips electronic cutter and the Basic Shapes cartridge. Make the oval about 2 ½” long and 1 3/8” wide.
Crease at the scored lines. Place a strip of tape vertically on the back side of section A. Fold over to form box shape and tape to section C along the right scored edge. This forms the box shape.
Place tape vertically on section F and fold over and adhere to section E.
Fold in tabs A1 and B1. Place tape on flap C1 and close up box, adhering flap to inside of the box.
Open up Pocket Tissue pack and place inside of the box. Tissue will be pulled up through the oval opening. Close up flaps to secure. Adhere the Velcro dot closure at spot V and attach to the flap E/F to create the closure for the cover.
Decorate and embellish the cover and inside as you wish.
